Fees are based on Sale Price & Involvement of the facility and our time invested with each client and prospective buyer such as:

Assisting with advertising of the horse
Taking calls and scheduling appointments with prospective buyers
Prepping & showing the horse to prospective buyers
Assisting with the sale: contracts/transfer forms
Pickup and or the delivery of each horse

DBL J TURTLEDOVE "JJ" is a very pretty tri-colored coming 5 year old mare.  Registered Racking Horse.  

JJ is about 15H with a very sweet personality.  Fun to ride and a pleasure to be around.  Gets along well with the herd.  No vices.  Current on vaccinations, dental and Coggins.  Has been ridden on the trail around the farm.  Great potential for making someone a nice trail horse!
